Pasta

Who doesn't love a good bowl of spaghetti? Or some fun farfalle? (that's Italian for butterfly) We've got a few different varieties of pasta including ravioli. Don't forget your sauce and a loaf of bread!! All of our pasta is made with pasture raised eggs and Semolina flour imported from Italy. Semolina comes from ground Durum wheat. (I actually am in the process of grinding and making pasta with fresh ground Durum wheat. I'll let you know how that goes.)
